Join Property Reserve as a Senior Construction Manager, a pivotal role where you’ll drive the future of real estate development through leadership and strategic oversight of our diverse portfolio. Focused on commercial, industrial, multifamily, and build-to-rent residential projects, you’ll ensure high standards in construction execution while maintaining budget controls and negotiating project complexities. This position offers a rewarding challenge and an opportunity to impact high-profile developments directly.

Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple large-scale projects, including high-rise offices, multifamily communities, industrial facilities, and potentially international developments.
  • Budget & Contracts: Oversee substantial budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial integrity throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with preconstruction, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project alignment from planning to execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate regulatory and political challenges while maintaining strong communication with executive leadership.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards for scope, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Execution: Monitor daily operations, resolve on-site challenges, and prepare progress reports.
  • Vendor Management: Select and coordinate vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Membership: Active and temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED) preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects with budgets exceeding $50M.
  • Project Management: Expertise in construction lifecycles, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Procore, BIM, and Primavera. Deep knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction technology.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and passport eligibility required.
